We are an Orlando, Florida-based company providing program management, CPM scheduling and construction claims management services. When we started FLORIDA CONSULTANTS, the idea was to provide consulting services to the broad Florida construction market as a whole. However, we soon began seeing that there was a large portion of that market who were being under served; they did not think they could afford to pursue their claims or hire a professional consultant. That is when we decided that in order to serve these companies, we were going to have do things differently. We had found a new mission: to develop innovative products and pricing strategies benefiting both the broad construction market as a whole, and those portions of the market that are currently being under served. At FLORIDA CONSULTANTS, we take pride in being the accessible alternative to the big national firms. Our consultants have focused their careers on managing risk and helping clients resolve complex construction and engineering disputes.
