Lazy delivery people and unhelpful staff! I was expecting cancer medication via FedEx Express. The road outside my townhouse was being paved. Instead of the delivery man walking a few hundred feet to my townhouse because he could not drive onto the paved road, or even just calling me, the guys paving the road said he just turned around and left. He then made the notation that the customer was not at home. I sat at home all day waiting for this medicine because I tracked the package and knew it was coming today. When I called Customer Support they made it sound like there was nothing they could do. I finally had to beg them to at least send a message to this local center to see if the delivery man could redeliver and I would go out to the street and meet him. Hopefully tomorrow they will redeliver and the medication is not sitting in a very cold or very hot warehouse, since medicine does have temperature restrictions. That is the reason it was sent express.
