Empowered Fitness is owned and operated by husband and wife team Joel and Kelsey Strickland. Together, they have 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry, varying from dance cardio to powerlifting to bodybuilding. "In our journeys, we found that our clients craved not only the physical, but also the mental knowledge of fitness. They enjoyed learning about anatomy and the everyday applications of fitness instead just the basic "because you should" explanation. ​ So we ventured out and began Empowered Fitness, where we strive to teach you not only the HOW, but also the WHY of exercise and personal fitness." ​ Accreditations: Joel: B.S. I love working out here. They have 3 trainers all three with different training styles. I have been able to meet my goals with personalized micros and personalized workouts. The other plus is they keep the place CLEAN!
