We provide instruction on Tae Kwon Do, Self Defense, Escape Techniques, Grappling. We also help you improve your self confidence, overall physical fitness. In addition, if you desire to become more flexible we can work with you in a separate class. This is good if you wish to pursue Gymnastics, Cheer, or Dance.

Amenities

We have resistance training, heavy bag to be used at your discretion. We have bottled water at $1.00 per bottle.
