Be very specific about what work you want done and exactly what the charges will be. I took my computer in and asked what the cost would be for moving my pictures off of the hard drive to a CD and was told $59 which I paid up front. When I picked up the CD they had also moved all of mr iTunes and word docs, and charged me an additional $79. I learned an expensive lesson and will not go back to them again.
