This was my first service visit with my new car. I was very impressed with my service experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Karen Zambrano was my advisor. She was great. Organized, professional, and friendly. The waiting area was very clean, roomy and comfortable. The whole experience was more than my expectations.

I brought my car in for brake assistance and I received impeccable service. I don’t know the last name of the young woman, but her first name was Karen. Every need I had addressed with her was graciously met with kindness and true understanding. Outstanding Karen, we’ll done.

Classic Mazda was the only dealership we considered visiting when, after weeks of looking online, we decided to trade in our Mazda CX-5 for a larger model. Gordon Pagano is "our" go to salesman. Awesome experience. Sal Picascio was a pro - it was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had and I've purchase some 28 automobiles in my life. They have a first class operation there. No glitz....no bull.....I was treated like a king - Sal explained anything I needed an explanation on and was very thorough. I had been to several other dealers that day....I wished I wish I had gone to CLASSIC 1st - I would have saved myself a great deal of aggravation. This is a class operation. Classic Mazda does not haggle over prices, which, for me, is a plus. After some research, I felt the price they offered was fair. Additionally, the sale reps do not earn a commission based on the final price of the car, thus eliminating the push to build the "bottom line". This formula made for a very pleasant buying experience. Our sales rep, Eddy Quiroz, was perfect - patient, friendly, and resourceful. Chito, the Sales Manager, was equally impressive. I'm a loyal guy - if you treat me right, I'm in your corner. As long as the car delivers (as I think it will), we'll be a returning customer when it's time to do this again.

I was greated by Julie Rose which guided me to were I needed to pay for the service I had purchase while waiting for the service to be completed I was instructed to go to the show room and wait until service was finish. I was surprise because it took a few minutes for the completion of the service on my vehicle and she was professional and right to the point , no time was wasted . I may have been at the facility less than 30 min and all the service and paper work was done during that time.

Awesome service. I needed to run to the post office by 12:00 pm and my car wasn't done and Kevin from the service department had someone drive me over. I had a dent on the bottom of my car and the pulled it. I was so surprised and happy...
