Classic Honda is an exclusive automobile dealership of Honda located in Orlando, Fla. The dealership provides new vehicles of Honda and pre-owned vehicles of several makes, including Lexus, Honda, Infiniti, Audi, Toyota, Volkswagen, Nissan, Kia, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Ford and Pontiac. Its new inventory of new vehicles includes Odyssey, Ridgeline, S2000, Pilot, Accord, Civic and CR-V. The dealership offers vehicles of several body types, such as sedans, sport utility vehicles, minivans, coupes, convertibles, hatchbacks, trucks and cars. Its service department provides scheduled maintenance and repair services that include engine tuneups, fluid replacements, inspections, repair of windshield wiper blades and belts and oil and filter changes. Classic Honda s finance department offers loan and leasing facilities through lenders.

After coming back frustrated from my old company that I used to deal with( Acura).. I bought my honda in 2017 and ever since i had my car,Dwight Dowe is the real GOAT at classic Honda. He always has a smile on his face and always ready to help anyone that walks into that door of classic Honda. I don't remember seeing this gentleman with a bad attitude not even once. My seat belt was locked into place after braking hard I was told that I had to pay to have the seat belt replaced. I said why must I pay this should be under warranty and I was told no. I left there and went to another Honda place and was told that it was under warranty. Josh was helpful but nothing was done with my car and had to drive back to Kissimmee without a seat belt.
I recently took my car in for service and had the best experience. When every other associate walked by me, Jay Banks stopped and greeted me with a smile. He assisted me with my requests and made my time at the dealership a very pleasant experience. It is nice to know there are still car dealerships with excellent customer service!

I always love when I make an appointment at classic Honda and they tell me that Jay Banks will be taking care of me. He is honestly your best worker there and makes me feel like family every time. Please give this man a raise he genuinely cares about his customers!
I brought my vehicle in for a recall, the tech that worked on it scratched everything and broke a lot of snaps. They gave it to me back in scratched and poorly put together. I saw it, took some pictures and immediately notified the advisor. She was nice but did not help out as much as I would of expected. They only fixed the problems they caused and no compensation for the week and a half they had my vehicle and the time I had to take off to drive over there 8 times. Plus, when I got the car back there were still alarms and sensors going off of it. Making me wait even been longer. They supposedly gave me a detailing gold package but my little niece could of done a better job at cleaning my car. And they gave me a small civic to drive in. Worst experience I've ever have with a car dealership.

This is the second vehicle I purchased through Mo Almbaied. Both times he did a GREAT job...anything and everything I asked for he was able to get done with quickness and professionalism. If you are shopping he WILL in fact get you the best price with the best customer service possible...a combination that is very hard to beat. With the purchase of both vehicles, the 1st one, our local Honda dealer kept me waiting for almost a month while holding onto $5,000 of my money. Needless to say, I reached out to Mo and he had me the vehicle in a day or two so I drove over an hour to work with him. Same distance this time around and he beat the local Honda dealer by over $2,000 in price...like I said, check with Mo Almbaied first and he will go above and beyond to minimize issues and will give you the best service possible.
