I have had the pleasure of meeting Chip Culpepper and his staff on many occasions. They take the time to listen to you and explain how they will proceed. Chip advises you up front on what is required to fix your vehicle/truck- and the cost! You always know where you stand with this shop. It's a breath of fresh air especially in this economy. They are honest and do what is required to put the problem right, no more and no less. If you live anywhere around Orlando I would strongly suggest giving this shop a try; it would be worth it even if you come from some distance away.

Prices seemed very reasonable. Shopping around showed that most other companies were going to cost more and were much less personable.
