AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! They installed our alarm system at our home and now will not come out and fix a sensor that is defective. The brainless woman who answers their phones, told us we are welcome to call someone else and that they are not the only company in town, after we tried to get get them to come out and fix their equipment. In all my life, I never heard of a company have such a cocky attitude and actually turn away business with such rudeness. Never again. We just built three large commercial buildings in Orlando and they lost a huge amount of potential business thinking they were just dealing with a stupid homeowner they could walk all over.
