Went in to test drive a new 2011 Camaro. More than one salesman (we asked several since I couldn't believe it) stated that they would only allow you to test drive the car once you purchased it. I don't know about any one else, but why would you purchase a new car that you couldn't at least test drive. Their salesman indicated that since it was a V8 that there was no need to test drive, and that we should know that it would be good. Called Courtesy Chevrolet to see if this was a Chevy thing (so we could cross the Camaro off the list), but they were happy to schedule a time to come test drive. Turns out it is just a Carl Black thing. Bottom line, if you are interested in buying a car, and care to know what it drives like before purchasing, I would avoid Carl Black.
