Had phone unblocked here. Waited weeks. When I come back because it was not done, they always make you wait to fix their mistake, but are quick to take your money. Will never come back to this place.

Such a bad customer service they just told u that is going to be ready for one time and then they keep saying some other things. They dont fix the phone there somebody else take them and u dont even know where is ur phone and ur personal info that is in there.

Be aware, I paid for a new service, they did not know what they were doing, and the wireless company gave me the wrong service without internet on my phone. They did not get responsibility and I ended paying for a service that never received. The management is the same that do the job, and he was very disrespectful with a terrible lack of care for their mistakes. Please go somewhere else even if you think they speak your language, there are many places that sale cellular phones, more professional, and better knowledge of what is to be a wireless service agent. Please be careful don't get fooled by the big signs and flags.
