Terrible service! Due to rush hour traffic we were lucky to have only showed up 5 minutes late, but even then we were not allowed to continue our appointment. The man at the desk was VERY rude and the fact that 5 minutes can cause you to have to wait another 24 hours to get your contacts/glasses is incredibly inconvenient. I have gone to America's Best for my glasses and contacts for almost a decade now but I'm afraid that after this incident I'll never show up in any of their offices again.

This AmericasBest was great. The people working there were very kind hearted and great to be around from the first tech that was very high spirited to the last tech that treated me like a person. Big hearts there, I it was very welcoming. The Optometrist was not only the most beautiful Optometrist I've ever seen, she was an outstanding Doctor. Out of every Optometrist I've ever been to, she was the only one that got my prescription spot on, and it did not take her forever like every other optometrist I've been too. Hopefully nothing really changes about that place because it was the best AmericasBest I've ever been to. Thank you for the great glasses!

The service was quick and easy. Prices good The dr. Was cute lol. But after my exam and ordering of contacts. I was told I'd be contacted when they're ready. And it would take a week or so. THREE WEEKS past. And no call. I call them. "Oh. You're contacts been ready. They're here waiting on you" WHAT!!!??? What happened to calling me? Smh. Stay on top of them guys if its urgent for your products from them. Just saying.
