I purchased granite for laundry room, kitchen counters, island and backsplash, master bath...some around master tub, and full bathrooms. I consider me to be a big customer. The installation was horrible. The island overhang was not cut short...owner stated the granite I chose had a scratch on it so he decided that I would be OK with his decision. I was not. My outlet covers were lost, they made the wrong cuts for the master bath on both sinks and the granite did not meet the molding around one of my bathroom windows. I should have told them to replace the granite, but instead I said it was ok to replace the molding to meet the granite. they had to replace the molding 2 times before it was done correctly. Both the laundry sink and kitchen sink were off center...they had to fix that and an a cut around an outlet on my backsplash was not cut straight...you could see through into the electrical socket. This was a horrible experience. Now...10 months later my dishwasher detaches from the granite. I use my dishwasher about 2 times a month. I called to have them fix it. I was promised they would come out on Thursday morning. Then never showed. I called and they reschedule for another morning the following week. They never showed. I called the owner Walter, he answered the phone and I told him who I was. He stated he was outside and would call me right back. He never did...this was a week ago. I sent him an e mail. My email is below... You have not showed for 2 scheduled appointment...didnt call me to tell me no one was coming. Yesterday when I briefly spoke to you you stated you were going to call me back in a "minute". I did not receive a call back at all. Are you going to attach my dishwasher to my granite or not? Be honest and straightforward with me. I do not appreciate the poor customer service I have been getting over this situation. The fact of the matter is, there have been sereral issues with your installation. You have fixed, as best you could, the mistakes that were made. Here again is another installation issue. My diswasher should not be completely detached from the granite you installed in a 10 month time period . I run the dishwasher 2 times a month. If you are not going to stand behind your product, stop wasting my time. I will voice my concerns elswhere.
