Our attorneys are Board Certified Legal Specialists in Adoption Law. Both attorneys are Fellows of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. The firms also provides legal services and advise to fertility specialists and clinics, including assistance with international surrogacy arrangements and the specialized issues involved in them. In adoption, the firm handles all types of adoption matters, including private domestic adoption, interstate adoption, domestication of foreign adoption decrees, adoption of immigrant children, adoption from DCF custody, stepparent adoptions, grandparent adoptions, adult adoptions and relative adoptions. We also handle family law matters including guardianship, child custody, temporary family custody, probate and estate planning.
