Horrible service to say the least. I put in an order 2 days before Christmas. My order was simply a wine glass engraved with 2 letters. The First Lady I spoke to assured me that it would be done the next day after 6pm, which I was totally fine with. I was also a little skeptical about how under staffed and overwhelmed they were because they had orders overflowing on the shelves that poured onto the floor and next to used Starbucks cups from the associates. I work for a high end designer held in department stores such as Neimans, nordstrom, etc so I understand how busy people are around the holidays but they had no shame in weak presentation and lack of organization for their store. However, after all these observations, I continued with my order and hoped for the best. Too my surprise i get there the next day to pick up my order and THEY NEVER EVEN PUT IN MY ORDER TO BE DONE.
