great customer service

I was very surprised to have such a warm and comfortable feeling at the DENTIST office. The receptionist was very nice and personable. she explained thing and answered questions very nicely. I mention this because I've had poor experiences in most medical offices. The doctor and assistant were also very nice. Overall a great experience. glad to say that every checked OK for me. Dr. went over my exam with a microscope, which was a first for me. I was able to see my exam!!! need to work on the flossing. Great job guys, and keep treating your customers well. We appreciate it.

This dental office is dedicated to dental excellence. I felt that the doctor provided meticulous work which was evident in his attention to detail. Relaxing atmosphere even for a dental office. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They really go the extra mile to make me comfortable. Very friendly with the kids. The doctor was able to make my daughters laugh which eased my tensions. Whole office made us feel like we were VIP. I really appreciate their customer service- usually lacking in medical offices.I definitely recommend Dr. Kim and staff as I have already done so with my friends and family.
