my health insurance was incorrectly billed. The billing coordinator in the office had assured me that she would re bill my insurance with the correct information. I havenow been informed that she no longer works for this practice and left no documentation as to what was being done with my acct. I had several problems before with the .billing department. Very nice gal but not much help in solving problems with insurances. It would of been nice to have had some type of follow up on my account before her departure.
