worst experience of my life

if you plan on buying a phone from verizon do not go to Diamond verios in Orem Utah they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with not only do they not know what's going on with phones but they don't care about their customers as soon as they have their money they will not help you in any waybuyers beware stay away from Diamond wireless in Orem Utah
