HEY EVERYONE: PINNACLE SECURITYPlease let us know if you have any ideas. We got a home security system that was sold as "land line free, cellular security". They told us it was less than what we had (Montronics) and now that we have read the fine print, I know too late, but we are moving and needed to see what our options were. They are actually owned by Monotronics and have charged us $20 more per month. After an hour on the phone with 3 different people, they will not work with us at all and if we cancel we will be charged 36 months at $50 per month. So I thought, ok I don't want them in charge of my security and went to disconnect the unit, in turn the one wire I disconnected was part of my home, land line phone. So I had to reconnect to use the phone. Anyone have any ideas? This company is so wrong in their ethics and customer values, I wanted you all to know.
