The parts were mostly gone, and the car frames rusted. Open for asking you for $1 admission fee. It wasted my time to search for nothing. If you have time to waste, you might like to pay the $1 admission fee.

I have found great deals on interior components, engine parts, frame stuff... All kinds of things. But this place needs to open on Sundays. That is when I do my best and most work! How about it guys?

Their cars are all neatly organized, separated from the others, propped up on blocks (easy to access), and not smashed beyond recognition. There is a $1 cover charge here, but it's well worth it. I have never come away from here empty-handed. Just went two days ago and I'll be going again today. I'm moving away from the area and I'm a bit sad because I'll have to find a new junkyard as dependable as this.

Went there in hopes that they would have the part I needed. I called in beforehand just to make sure they would have at least one vehicle I could look at for parts. Yes, you bring your own tools, and yes they charge you something like a dollar per person to get in... But the parts are cheap, and I found more than I was looking for! Awesome. I don't have tools. I would like to find and pull off a front fender. Do they rent tools there for customers to use?

Are you serious Shaneval63?? vehicles in auto wrecking yards are there for a reason, you can't expect everything thing on them to be good, if you don't know anything about cars, i wouldn't try to repair them yourself.

This was my wrecking yard until they decided not to guarentee that the part pulled was any good. you buy it and its yours working or not. No guarentees.

Looks like their "real" new number is 801-877-2797Also they sell tires $10/tire ($15 with steel rim, $30 or $35 with aluminum rim). Which is cheap, you just have to rip the tire off the rim yourself, or buy the rim :)4 stars since their phone number was hard to find.

I've been to all the local wrecking yards and this one is the best, much, much better than the one at the far north end of the valley and a whold lot cheaper. Only cost a dollar to get in the yard and you can look around and nobody hassles you. Their prices for the parts you do find are very reasonable and they have a great selection of parts cars. I have always found what I was looking for and they are very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this yard!

.....because the yard is well organized and they don't gouge you on price. It was very busy when I went there on a Saturday, and I could see why. From now on, I'll go there first.

I have never been to a salvage yard before I went to Pick-a-part. Bring your tools and some know-how because this is a do-it-yourself place. No guarantees that they'll have what you need or that it will work if they do. As a woman, I was very out of place there. Junkyards are manly places. Who would have known? However, that being said, all of the employees I had contact with were pleasant and courteous. They didn't bother me when I was looking for and pulling my auto part, but nice and helpful when I asked for a bit of direction in the yard. If you want full-service, go somewhere else. If you want it cheap, go to Pick-a-part. Oh and I got my $160 replacement part for $11. You can't beat that. Thanks Pick-a-Part!

I always go here first. The prices are great and they are nice guys (and girl). 9 out of 10 times I leave happy. They dont always have what I need but no place will ALWAYS have EVERYTHING I need. If only they stayed open later. They must lose alot of business closing at 4:30. Who gets off work in time to go to the junkyard before 4:30. My favorite in Utah county.

It sucks! Yeah they wanna take the vechile off your hands, but want you to give it to them for free! They say they pay top dollar yeah right. Maybe give ya $200. Plus charge way too much for "used" parts...

They need to change there number information to the correct number "thanks scott" or else i would have kept calling the number that no one would ever answer.. They don't have an inventory on the cars, I understand they have tons of cars but everytime one comes in, it's not hard to put the make and model into a spreadsheet. I had to go on her guess that they didn't have the vehicle i was looking for, they don't have pre-pulled parts. And she was unsure, so now i have to go somewhere else and find someone that knows exactly what im looking for and that they will give me a straight forward answer. Just because your working at a wrecking shop or anything you should think they could still answer the phone in a friendly manner and have the attitude of willing to help no matter what, being that were the "Customer"..With that being said, they need an inventory track sheet, simple basic, make and models and etc and a better front desk person!

you do have to pay $1 to get in the front door but that will get you in and out all day, they have an excellent selection and their prices are extremely fair, they are also willing to negotiate prices with you, i got a part for 5 dollars that would cost $130 from the dealership and i talked them down to five on a mirror that they wanted 10 for, EXTREMELY friendly and i would recommend them to ANYONE looking for parts for their car or truck
