Do not live at these apartments! The phone never works when you call, their online maintenance doesn't work. Our A/c broke and they would not help us. They have hidden fees and the manager is not helpful. I get yelled at when I go into her office to talk to her because the phones and website are down and she yells at me. It Is terrible housing. The heater turns on randomly and my husband and I are dying inside along with the high bills that even though there is no cold air blowing it charges us over 90 dollar bill. The laundry facility is awful too! It has flooded many times and they do nothing to fix them when they promised we would get new washer and dryers. They are wishy washy and I cannot wait to move out! Be aware that they also charge you a 25-50 fee when you move out to "clean your carpet". They don't clean it. It's disgusting when we moved in. Half our floor was cracked and the microwave was broken and the toilet seat is broken. Terrible! One nice thing is pet friendly place.
