this past summer i worked for Vantage. Its not easy knocking doors all day long, but they made it a great experience. The owners were up front and honest the entire time and did everything they could to help me do well. Everyone I met in a leadership position put alot of time and energy into helping someone else, even if they directly benefit. overall, i had a great experience and would definitely be happy to work for Ton and Shandon again.
I have sold pest control for 6 summers and nothing compares to the experience I had with Vantage. What sets them apart from the other companies I have sold for is the following: leaders who treat you as equals and who reward you as they would like to be rewarded, compensation is awesome!!! Great experience and would be out selling with them next summer if I wasn't a full-time dentist, still may consider taking a summer break and hitting the doors.

When it comes to Summer Sales Vantage marketing is the best you will ever find. I have worked with Vantage for five years and each year has been equally amazing. If you want to work for a company that cares about you, if you want to receive the best training, if you don't want to feel like a dollar sign and if you want to have a fun summer and earn a good amount of money, Choose Vantage

Honestly, I had an awesome experience with Vantage over the summer. When I began, I was worried that I wasn't going to hit 100 accounts. I received training and support and far surpassed my goal of 100 accounts. I respect the management and was impressed by the company culture. As a college student, there's no better summer sales company to work for than vantage.
