Nick has cleaned our windows several times in the past and has done a satisfactory job. Often he calls to reschedule not long in advance but at least he calls first. However, the last time Nick cleaned I had him do the inside windows too. With a razor blade Nick tore a large hole in our tint. He did not tell me. When I found it later he said he would pay for it. He never did. We texted back and forth about getting it done but nothing was resolved. Several weeks later he texted to see if I wanted to schedule another cleaning, I rescheduled with him. In his text he said "I just remembered your tint, I don't think I ever paid for that to be fixed did I?" I texted back that he hadn't and that I would just take it out of what I owed him on the next cleaning. Thirty minutes before he was scheduled to clean he texted me and asked me how much it was to replace the tint "so he could prepare the invoice before he came." I texted him the amount the tint guy quoted. He never showed. Then he never responded to my texts then he blocked my phone number. My husband is a general contractor and has used Nick on jobs in the past. My husband called and left a message and Nick has never returned his call. Absolutely unacceptable.
Be warned... They were set up to clean my home and my workplace. They just don't show up when the are scheduled and radio silence when you try and call and/or email. Quite unprofessional. Also, they used something in my office that has left thousands of spots all over the tile floors, he promised to come look at it for weeks and nothing. Too bad.
Saw their ratings on this site and was excited to use them. Called Nick and we set an appointment to clean all windows and screens. When I got home the windows were clean but the screens had not been cleaned. Called Nick and he promised someone would be out the next day. They never showed up and he won't answer phone calls or voice mails. Terrible service! Very sad because Nick seemed like a good guy.
Excellent service from Nick, showed up right on time and cleaned my windows inside and out as well as the screens and even offered a rain gutter cleaning service!
On time, very friendly and detailed. I've used this company for my window cleaning needs and my christmas light installation and Nick and his crew do awesome work every time. He makes sure the inside and out of every windows gets done with no streaks left behind. They also clean the tracks and the screens for me. He does my window cleaning 3 times a year and i would recommend him to anyone!
