We had these folks out to clean two different locations and they did a marvelous job each time. They took extra time to take out tough stains that other carpet cleaners could not, would not or just did not. We are very pleased with their work and will call them again. Great job gentlemen! I called and got a quote and when they came out they ended up cleaning more than what they quoted, but gave me the quoted price. They cleaned my chairs and they look so much better. There were some stains that could not be removed, but they did their best to get all the stains out. All in all they did a great job at a more than fair price.

do have to say that I really didn't believe that they would pre-treat free and beat the price quoted by Sears, but they did, and they did an awesome job. My carpet is a bit old, but looks better than ever now and smells great too.

Deluxe Carpet Care cleaned my carpets and while doing so I noticed they took extra time to get on their hands and knee to scrub out some spots that would not come out with the basic cleaning. Before companies would either charge me more or not even try to get the stain out. They did tell me that some stains do not come out with basic clean, depending on what caused the stain. Those can be repaired but might involve a variety of different ways. But they will try their best to get it cleaned no extra cost. They did go over and beyond. They really care about their work. I love the honest upfront approach.

I tried these guys out on my manufactured home. They did such a good job at a very low price ( price was so low I was concerned if they would bait and switch or do a bad job ) I was glad I used them and have had them to do a rental home I own-- Cindy

I rented one of those big bulky machines. it was hard to use and stains came. I hired Deluxe carpet care and they did a great job at a great price. Stains never came back and they were almost half the cost of my last pro clean job. I have used them since and will continue to use Deluxe Carpet Care.
