real bad tranny job

transmisson tork converter, valve body on dodge ram was replaced, fluid, pan and filter was not changed. the job was paid for by chrysler except for 100.00 which I paid for. the manager was very rude so I contacted the owner who never returned my phone call, and put the matter back into the managers hands. I repaired the truck elsewhere that advised of a poor job. The truck ended up on a trade in. will not return to any West Herr fascilities for any kind of work or purchase.
