Kelly's is fantastic - I think that now all of our appliances in the house were purchased there. Our most recent purchase was a dryer, and their price was very competitive. It was delivered on time as usual. I prefer to shop in our local stores if I can - because they are part of our community. In the past we have had an issue with a double oven we purchased, which blew up right before the Holidays, Kelly's came out the next day - on a Saturday - to look at it, ordered the new part and went to bat with the manufacturer to get the part covered even though it was a couple months out of warranty. My ovens were fixed and ready for the Holiday. Would any of the large retailers have that kind of service? It was awesome.
