The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to use, installers are hired for the lowest bid on a job and do poor quality work. Some of the installers are are rude and one actually told to leave the house because he didn't like me interfering in the way the work was going. This same job had to done again by a different team of installers. The same thing happened with a different part of our home where another product was installed and was not what we ordered, but of a lesser quality. Custom carpet will then give you every reason in the world as to why it's the best job ever. They had to remove this too and finally install what we ordered.They damaged my walls and furniture and refused to pay for the repair. This has been going on for over a year and is still not resolved. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company as possible
