I've been a customer for about 10 years. I just received a notice that I have to pay a $75 rental fee on the tank. I was never given any information about required usage or rent on the tank. Apparently CPG has too many customers, so they have decided to lose some. I intend to help them. Many friends have been using CPG, and usually complaining about the ever increasing prices. I can positively inform them that there are a good many other gas companies that appreciate their customer base. The single star on my rating is only because there was no lower selection.

I think this is very nice propane. This propane is very nice. If I need propane I will go here in the near future very nice service and tanks very clean and nice overall probably one of the best propane companies in the world I wonder were they get all of this propane I heard they get it from Russia anyways very nice propane best customer service and the guy who put a bad comment you are probably a no life who works at a different propane company who are trash you should feel bad trying to put people down just because of other people's success anyways very nice propane and propane accessories I think that this company wil be at the top of there game in the near future so yeah vest propane company in the world they are the best company ever by the way if you think I was paid to say this you sir are wrong so anyways goodbye and have a nice day

This is a locally owned company that does excellent work and the timing is very good. I was using another company in Orangeburg for 45 years and buying at least 350 gallons of gas/year, they wanted to charge me $125.00 rent for the tanks plus the gas purchase, I left them for Carolina and could not be better satisfied. One thing is for certain it pays to once in a while to look at the gauge and see how much gas you have on hand, if it is getting low, say 10% call so they can schedule a truck to bring you some gas, don't wait until it gives out before you start complaining.

The guy before is an ex employee I presume, or has his propane companies mixed up... Carolina Propane of Orangeburg does great in my book. The owners are as nice as can be and just a call away if you need them, always have helpful tips in propane or propane accessories. I learned things from them I would have never thought of. This is the place to go if you're in the area. Never mind what the guy before said.

Very Slow service. can not give a timeline for delivery within 2 hours just "sometime today." and i know from working route sales myself in the past you have to know where you will be at any given time of day on a route. No follow up from the office or updates as to delivery . Out of gas for 3 days so far. Already researching other companies in the area for a replacement. My suggestion is if you have other options use them. This option just doesn't fill the bill.
