At Workhorse Construction, we enjoy developing working relationships with our customers. We perform all types of work including demolition, carpentry, drywall, drywall finishing, texture, painting, granite, concrete, flooring/resilient flooring, doors & frames, metal framing, roofing, fixtures/accessory installation, glazing, welding and specialties – as well as licensed trades like electrical, plumbing and mechanical. We've been building things and remodeling residential and commercial projects for 14 years. Derek Smith and Meg Sanford joined forces to establish a business partnership in 2016, combining his construction and project management experience with her design and surveying background to create a turnkey construction company.
