Call this company and your are talking to human machines. All they know how to do is schedule repair app'ts--that's it. You can only talk to the repair person when they arrive--late. If you have a complaint about service received, there is no refund and no one to talk to that will say anything except "I can reschedule your appointment." You might get a 'supervisor' after a lot of time-consuming trouble, but they are absolutely NO help. My service repair person actually told me that the washing machine part I needed cost $400.00+. I later found it online for 141.00. The 'supervisor' I talked to about this would say nothing but "I can reschedule your service app't." I do not recommend these people. Sears used to have a good name. Now, it's no wonder they are going out of business!
