horrible have delt with them with no issues for years- sloppy, ceramic tile job- wavy, uneven, looks like the guy was drunk- salesman disappears when an issue arrives-guy bragged he has doe this for years and was the best-- yea right best at making a sloppy job

Our 2 day job turned into 2 weeks. Salesman measured incorrectly so there wasn't enough, he waited 2 days before ordering additional tile. Waited 4 days for it to arrive. Placed 14 calls with maybe 1 being returned. New Shoe molding was on our ticket and then the installer never got it because they told him it wasn't on there. Pitiful.....We had the kitchen done, next was to be our office carpet and home living spaces, but NOT....I will definitely use someone else.

Do not recommend. We had work done this summer and our furniture was damaged, items were stolen and the thoroughness of the work was very poor. They are certainly not picky regarding their installers and were unhelpful in resolving issues.
