Founded in 1998, Bender & Modlin Fire Sprinkler Inc. is a fire sprinkler contractor, operating mainly in Florida and Georgia. The company provides a host of services to its clients, including new installation, 24-hour emergency service, renovations, inspections, tenant improvements, design, retrofits and engineering analysis. Some of the completed projects of the firm include Florida School for the Deaf and Blind, City of Alachua City Hall & Police Station, Hangar 1000, Fleet Support Facility, JIA Terminal Expansion Project, Adamecs Harley-Davidson, St. Johns County Schools, Florida Power & Light Company and many more.
