They blew out heater box and box starting leaking. The Plumber left and said it was Electric problem. Electrician visit home stated it was not an Electric problem the Plumber blow out Hot water heat box and box needs to be replaced. I called Plumber back and spoke with representative and supervisor for assistance. Supervisor stated her Plumbers dont make mistakes and nothing they can do about it. Supervisor hung up....They were very rude and I paid my deductible to have a blown out box and not replace. I will definitely will be passing the word around not to use this Plumming Company. Unprofessional and Unacceptable.

This company is a joke! Very rude with no customer service! Please find someone else who will appreciate your business. They were unbelievably awful! I wish someone had given me a warning!

First time needed new water heater installed immediately -- very cooperative and got it done well and fast. Second time installed new toilet; arrived promptly and got it in, cleaned up, etc. -- and all professionally and friendly. They're now my regular plumbers!

Great Service and friendly staff. They were courteous and professional and told me what was going on during the work. I would recommend them to anyone.
