My aunt has lived in this building for years but ever since they got a new owner and management the bug infestation has gotten out of control. I have spoken to her neighbors and they said the building has been trying to get rid of the bedbugs for at least a year.

The building itself is nice. However, the Manager is rude and insulting to the elderly/disabled tenants. The building often does not have hot water, apparently the boiler should have been replaced several years ago and wasn't and the new windows are drafty so apartments that face the front of the building are freezing cold in winter. When tenants complain the Manager of the building tells them "Too bad, deal with it!"
