He did phone to state when I can pick up the frame. I did arrive during the hours that were stated on the message and the business was locked while Steve was out on errands. I also phoned Steve on a Tuesday to inquire if I can pick up the frame on Saturday as I was going to be next door at another business. The answer was NO but he was able to have the frame ready one business day later. This man does NOT know the meaning of "Customer Service"! I would NEVER utilize this business in the future and I will discourage others from utilizing this business.
