Facility is very secure and clean. Manager David answered all our questions promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this facility for the service and price.

I had unit 3544 for over a year, after several months of having the unit it seemed that there was water leaking in the unit. I told the guy working, he said there shouldn't be and maybe it just seemed that way. Again the problem occurred, this time whole boxes were soaked so much they were falling apart. The guy came down and seen that there was water damage took pictures and said they would call me when they found another unit available. No call ever came. After a month I called and was told there was still no units. I still had more water leaking in my unit over this time. Another month went by still no call. I called back was told there was a unit, but that they couldn't hold it for me so if I didn't have time to get there before another customer I wouldn't get it. They sold that to another customer, again I waited. After almost 6 months I finally got moved to another unit after all the pictures and childhood stuff of my family was ruined from this companies terrible service. All I got for this was a 1 month $30 credit for the trouble and told I should file an insurance claim. The insurance does not cover sentimental value items. I got the unit because I thought my stuff would be safe there, I mind as well have just thrown it into the street and not wasted the money with this company. My rate has also been doubled since I originally moved into the unit which is ridiculous and the guys at the store are always changing their stories and pretending like they've never seen you before. This store has made me never want to rent anything with this company again.Here is a link to a few photos of just one box of damage.

I've had a unit here for several years. Found water damage within a few months. Took MONTHS to get unit switched to another unit after numerous times of being told I would be called back and switched but it never happened. The manager would not hold any available units for me even though I had water damage. When you have no problems the workers are excellent, once you have a problem they pretend like they've never seen you before every time. Offer cheap rate, but jack them up starting 5 months in until you are over double what you were originally paying. Also, force you to get insurance even if the stuff in your unit cannot be covered under insurance. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Will not call you back when they say they will and do not care about your stuff being ruined at all.
