The majority of the company s service territory is in Sioux, O'Brien, Plymouth and Ida Counties in northwest Iowa, its service area also extends into Lyon, Osceola, Clay, Cherokee, Sac, Crawford and Woodbury counties. By offering a variety of programs, North West REC strives to promote energy efficiency combined with convenience and savings for its members. Additional services offered by North West REC include high-speed, wireless Internet service, DIRECTV, LongLines, for dial-up telecommunications and Questionline, a free technical information and problem solving service. North West REC Iowa headquarters are in Orange City and the company has district offices in Le Mars and Ida Grove, Iowa.
