Sunshine Academy is a locally owned and operated facility offering full preschool and childcare services for children ages 1 and older. We provide an active learning series curriculum in an educational setting. Our programs include infant care, preschool and kindergarten classroom settings. Services are also available for grade school children, including before and after school programs, summer camps and transportation to all local schools. Sunshine Academy is a VPK provider and believes in providing the head start to education all children need. Sunshine Academy has provided more than 25 years of service in West Volusia. As a provider of quality childcare, each member of our staff is trained in first aid and CPR. Our curriculum reinforces the necessary fundamental concepts and skills little ones need for proper development and entrance into any elementary school. We also encourage social interaction with children in their age group.
