The service at this store is sub standard. They give mail in rebates that do not get full filled due to staff giving offers not applicable. The sell phones that are minimal in service and when there is a problem they are not solved. In attempt to contact franchise management the manager Tara states there is no way to contact an owner and you will not be called back. Buyer be aware. PS this would not allow submission without star- there are no stars deserved.
