Age is only a number, your physical condition is what counts. Our lifestyle is too inactive for our hardwired programming of our ancient ancestors. Our programming is confused by our very low physical activity, high food consumption and rich food consumption. It’s response is to slow down and make you fat and unhealthy. This causes premature aging, numerous illness and even death. We can reverse this problem by increasing our activity and reducing the amount of unnecessary foods and the number of unnatural foods we eat. If man has processed it 90% of the time it has too much salt, fat and sugar in it.

Includes a written individualized diet and training schedule, vitamins, minerals, recipes and cooking lessons. 35 years experience training people to reach their goals. Volume (light) weight lifting schedule, ongoing advice, email, cell phone and Skype conferences when requested. Over the past 35 years I have trained over 500 people to reach their goals. I started lifting at age 33, I am 68 years old now, to cure my poor health, ulcer, 18 injuries from racing motorcycles and gain some size. (I later added 3 more injuries from a head on car crash) My body weight was only 140 lbs. at 5’-11”, very thin! Plus, I looked like I was 50 years old! Before starting on my gym training I had studied vitamins, minerals and nutrition for 2 years to understand why I had not gained muscle from my past efforts. With this knowledge my body started to respond in a spectacular way. At age 68 I now look like I am 50 years old! A tribute to volume weight training! Currently I only train my clients via Online, at 24 Hour Fitness and in their home. (My own building coming soon!) Part of what I offer is to take my clients on walks to slowly get them into condition. Also go to the beach, bike riding if they have a bike and hiking parks. I look forward to help you reverse the aging process, raise your fitness level, look younger and more attractive to find a spouse, injury rehabilitation, modeling, competition and much more.

- I evaluate your requirements very carefully before I start training you, this is a free service. Very few Trainers have my 35 years of experience mending broken bodies and broken spirits. The first rule of a Trainer is DO NO HARM! Once I have evaluated you we well start the training on the level that fits your body and condition. Most of the time I will train with you set for set so you can see how each excercise is preformed. This is critical to your success. Form is what makes the difference between success and failure.
General Info
I am a one man operation training people by appointment only. Private Training is one on one. I also offer Semi Private Training, up to 3 people at once if you have freinds, relatives or a spouse that wants to join you. There is a discount for Semi Private Training and the sessions go longer for free as there more talking involved.
