Would not recommend. Rooms in poor condition, MUCH deferred maintenance. Everything old and dilapidated. Phone doesn't work, speakers on small old TV "blown", bathroom fan/light fixture escutcheon behind toilet, A/C in-op. but hey, aside from that the room was just peachy.
