Who cares about the food? (OK, we do).. but It's the energy of the patio dining at night, when the moon is out, and the Mariachi band is playing, that is so special. You could be rubbing elbows, or sitting close to friends, family, and even strangers and the atmosphere is filled with joy and good times. This is what makes Morenos so special.

Best Mexican Food in OC. I have been going there for over 30 years and I have never disappointed. Really love the setting and Ambiance, and very friendly service. Love the Sunday Brunch!

Here's what I experienced today:

We were there for 15 minutes and 3 people and been seated after us. Those 3 tables got their orders taken and drinks brought to them and all we had was chips from the very nice bus boy but no waiter even acknowledged we were there. I realized that we had been there a while when I had finished by water, all the carrots and half the chips so I went to tell the lady what was happening and rather then saying sorry she basically pushed me back to our table stepped on my foot and said she would help us but she was so rude I said we were going to leave and she answered "fine" and walked away. I was so upset I went in and asked for a manager and she said "I am in charge" so I told her all I was really looking for was a sorry and she replied you weren't waiting that long I was watching then I told her we had waited 15 minutes and she said I am sorry you felt the need to watch the clock. I told her I was so sorry to have service like this and that we come here all the time and she said I have never seen you... I was so upset I left
