The Best Bridal Place I Had Been, very clean love the set up and clean wood floor, display is easily accesible especially the bridesmaids area. Great bridesmaids selections, very accomodating consultant. I had never been to any bridal shop where there is so much maids selections to choose from at affordable prices and quality couture gowns. Do not be fooled by this stores exterior. They appear to have great service and selection, but THAT ALL CHANGES once you pay hundreds of dollars and sign on the line. They ordered a my brides dress 3 sizes too small. They apologized for the error and with the wedding two weeks away, they offered to fix it FOR AN EXTRA $300!!!

THIS WAS RIDICULUS SINCE THE DRESS COST $4,000 in the first place. They rip you off on the extras.



STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went in person to speak to there Manager, Ester, and she was very unprofessional. She cussed and yelled at me and my fiance in front of other customers, saying that if we could'nt afford a $300 dollar repair, then we dont belong in her store. It was'nt about the money, it was the principle. They admit to making a mistake yet will not hold themselves accountable. STAY AWAY. BRIDES BEWARE!!!!

I just wanted to share to all about my experince with mary me bridal. I am acutally from northern california and traveled down to southern california to get the "bridal experince." Upon entering into the store i saw so many dresses and for once they weren't in plastic bags where you couldn't even tell what they were! A sales lady came over and asked me what type of dresses i was looking for, and SHE pulled me my dreses! It was so nice since i had been to 4/5 stores already where i would ask for maggie sotteros and they would say "yes" they are all over the store look around! What was also really nice they asked me my price range...you can spend anywhere from $500-$7000 in this store, and i appreciated being able to try on a dress in my price range and not being afraid to fall in love with it! They had the largest selection of dresses in all sorts of styles, prices, and the quality was amazing! I loved the whole experince of being able to try on 30 dresses and having the salesperson be kind, and letting me know it was ok to try on something else to make "really sure" that i had THE ONE! It was so much fun and i would do it again!

When I went into Mary Me Bridal they stuck with my dress budget and had a good selection. However, most of the employees that I encountered didn't seem to know what they were doing and couldn't answer any of my questions. Also, if you ever want to get in touch with them by phone-Good Luck! The employees hardly ever answered the phone. This shop really needs to improve their customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend buying a dress from them.

The worst customer service I have every experienced. Their motto is the customer is NEVER right. I paid for my bridesmaid dress in full. When I went to pick it up they said that I owed more money. I told them that I had a receipt that stated that the dress was paid in full. They said it didn't matter what the receipt said that either I paid more money or I couldn't have the dress. Like I said before, the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

They have the worst customer service ever.They messed up my bridesmaid dresses and left no time for them to fix the issues before the wedding.I have ordered several brides maid dresses and my brides dress from there.There are four dresses that are totally wrong.When I go to call to speak to a manager they hang up the phone on me five times.The sixth time I told them I don't appreciate being hung up, I need a manager please and they do it again.Finally get through to a different person and explain to them what had just happened & they don't care and explain to me that it is crazy over there and they are so busy. I ask who was answering the phone earlier & they wouldn't tell me.That was not right being treated that way after spending thousands of dollars with this business.Till now my problem has not been solved & the wedding is around the corner. Very unprofessional & I would never ever refer them to anyone.I went to them thinking they had better service then larger stores & I was wrong.

Horrible customer service. I was told on the phone they were too busy to look up my order yet; they never returned repeated phone calls. Bridesmaid dresses were ordered in ample time yet, they did not arrived until one week before wedding. I still had to call them to find out that they had arrived leaving very little time for alterations. Unreliable, unprofessional, uncaring, rude and they will lie to your face!

This shop offered great service and beautiful dresses. My only complaint is that the dresses available in the store for trying on only come in one size. When you are a size 12, it's a bit uncomfortable trying to squeeze into a size 6 gown just to see if you like it.
