The one months free rent is really not a free months rent, instead they just call it other things like fees, etc. The service reps are sometimes rude, sarcastic and difficult to get in touch with. The website does not work the majority of the time.

They don't tell you up front about required insurance, etc. Instead wait until you are signing the papers.
