I was looking for a hard-to-find, possibly out of print book on chess for a family member incarcerated for far too long. He has waited for 7 years for this book. My experience at the N Tustin Ave location was extremely poor. I called to see if they carried a specific book, but was cut off several times. The woman had no common courtesy and didn't even say goodbye. When I entered the store a nice gentleman helped, then I looked around at an art book which was then rudely ripped out of hands by this woman. She looked at me as if I were trash and began to say "Read that book on the table!" I left with my business.
