Managed by Owner, the condo rental features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with over 1200 square feet of available space to accommodate when vacationing here. Unit 701A is a corner unit with a wrap around Balcony that has 6 access points. All 8 guest can seat comfortably together when on this huge private balcony overlooking the gulf and our sandy white beaches. Floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining area that provides a beautiful and panoramic gulf view. A king bed is located in the master, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room features a sleeper sofa. All linens and towels will be provided for each guest along with a starter kit of toiletries for the first night arriving in town.
