I have shopped at Lowes a lot have purchased a lot even had my kitchen redone but in the last year the service has been terrible cannot get help when I go and they seem to have an attitude they really dont care if we are pleased or if we get help the checkout clerks where very nice and pleasant I am very disappointed in the Opelousas store

Purchased a sink from Lowes and the worker the is a licensed plumber he came on a Sunday and installed sink and changed valves that were leaking . His name is Charles Thibodeaux and he did an outstanding job. i highly recommend him.

I highly recommend this store in Opelousas because of one person there. His name is Charles Thibodeaux. He is a plumbing pro. He was able to save me several thousand dollars on my plumbing bill for my house. I am on a fixed income and would have had to mortgage my home to pay my plumber for the work on the house. I am female and up in age. This guy is great and an asset to this store.
