What a disaster!!!!! I was in the salon 5 hours trying to get my hair color, and even after all that time. I came out with dark copper penny color, I wanted a dark blonde to light brown color. OMG then she tried to convience me that the color was what I wanted. Even after 5 hours and knowing the color was wrong she still charged me.
