I have been having my car serviced at Grady's for fifteen years. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are the only people in town that I trust to work on my cars.
I am slightly new in town and my car's fan belt started squeaking. I took it to Grady's on a suggestion from a local and they replaced the belt for $130. Keep in mind, this was my ac belt, not the belt that is connected to the alternator. (I had it replaced a year ago by pep boys for $60). A month later, the belt starts squeaking again. Then a week after driving on it, because I honestly was too busy to take my car up there, my car won't start. So I get it towed up to Grady's. They apparently "didn't hear the squeaking" (it squeaks every day, almost all day) and then they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it, but they ran diagnostics anyways, making my coat $170. They did nothing to fix my car, but I had to pay for labor & diagnostics. Never going back there.
I have a lowered G35 with low profile tires that could be quite bothersome to many shops! I have had several people complain about other cars Ive had with low profile tires and just not be up to par on service. Gradys on the other hand was friendly, nice, and did a great overall job!!! Not to mention the great customer service!
