The doctor diagnosed me with an ear infection and sinus infection. Instead of coming to tell me this information, she sent in the nurse with a print out from web md about my prognosis. The nurse handed me the paper and a list of prescriptions. I ended up going to my "real" doctor for a second opinion. He checked my ears----- no ear infection! This place is a joke. Don't waste the copay or your time. Go to a real doctor. Ridiculous.
This is the best Urgent Care in Town! Dr Sewell and Christina Anderson are wonderful at there jobs! In and out quick!!!
I love this Urgent Care... Dr. Sewell is so sweet and really cares about the treatment plans. I would recommend to everyone that I know to go her for any problems...
I wasn't the patient but my mom was and went in on several occasions for three different issues. We got three different wrong diagnoses. The only thing they are good for is sending you to a better doctor.
I'll find a new clinic to try from now on. Frustrating!!
I wish I had read the bad reviews. I've waited over 2 hours and have yet to see a doc. I was the third person in when they opened!!! I could hear the staff playing in the hall and I know what they are ordering online for Christmas! Unprofessional and no excuse! If I didn't feel so bad I would go home! Epic failure of their part!!!! Do not go!
I came with flu-like symptoms after missing almost a week of work. When the flu test came back negative, the doctor rudely said there was nothing they could do for me. I made her aware that I'd waited so long to see the doctor because of my serious anxiety, but she still chided me for not coming. Obviously the trip was a waste of time considering they could not write me a back-dated excuse or give me any treatment besides Tylenol, so what would a visit earlier in the week have done? Just go to another clinic!
I went in on Friday complaining of flu like symptoms they tested me for the flu and said it was negative and said I had "allergies". The next day I had a high fever and went somewhere else and turns out I had the flu. This place is awful. Would not recommend.
I went in for an ear problem and meds, one I knew would require prior authorization. The doctor examined me for my ear problem and did nothing about my other medicines that I has asked about. The doctor could have examined me at the time and documented my need for the medication and issued prior authorization. Instead they said I would have to make another appointment and pay more money. I do not recommend this provider, I clearly explained the situation and they were not willing to provide care that I required. They just seem to want more money
